Anna Jovanovic is a proud Walbunja woman from the far south coast of New South Wales with Yugoslavian heritage on her father’s side. She is the Director of the Byamee Institute, Operations Manager and Aboriginal Support Coordinator at Mibayn Disability Services, and a Consultant for First Nations Employment Pathways. With over 17 years’ leadership experience across Aboriginal Affairs, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors, Anna has championed reconciliation, community development, and inclusion. A member of the NDIA First Nations Reference Group and the Downing Centre Circle Sentencing Group, she remains dedicated to advancing cultural safety and empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
