
Ben Fioramonte

Ben Fioramonte is an executive leader with extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in the not-for-profit sector. Driven by a strong passion for social justice, Ben has dedicated much of his career to working alongside marginalised communities, creating greater access to both mainstream and community supports.
Over the past 17 years, Ben has led passionate teams across a wide range of areas, including children’s services, aged care, social support, out-of-home care, sport and recreation, emergency preparedness, media and the arts, and the Local Area Coordination (LAC) Program as part of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Since joining Settlement Services International (SSI) in 2018, Ben has played a pivotal role in establishing new divisions from the ground up. He has empowered teams to focus on community development, strengthen social inclusion, and drive co-designed initiatives that reflect the voices and needs of the people they serve.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), along with Diplomas in Project Management, Disability Work, and Management. In his current role as General Manager – Children, Families and Disability Support at SSI, he oversees the LAC Program and the Multicultural Child and Family Program.
