Di is a Registered Nurse and published author who is driven by bringing compassion and joy into people’s lives.  With nearly 40 years of nursing experience Di is the Founder and Director of Exceptional Care For You, a disability community care provider.  Coming from a variety of nursing roles in acute, community, corporate and aged care she is well placed to understand what is needed in the disability sector.   Her time spent on community committees, boards of management and management roles professionally have helped her to develop an amazing workplace culture within her business, allowing her leadership skills to shine.   Di has worked hard to change the way disability care is delivered by creating a super supportive workplace for carers and ensuring clients are at the centre of every action taken.  She is passionate about keeping the narrative positive around the NDIS.

Di has created a business who’s values of compassion, commitment, excellence, teamwork and tolerance shine in every action.   Since the birth of Exceptional Care For You in January 2021 the growth has been phenomenal, based solely on word of mouth referrals.  Di is passionate about showing woman it is never too late to achieve their dream and live and work by their values.  She encourages all woman to work where their passion lies and witness the difference compassion and joy can make.
