Melissa's experience includes state government disability and NDIS services in Australia, including senior roles at Yooralla and genU, as well as NHS disability and older persons services in the UK.
Through her leadership, Melissa strives to create lasting, positive outcomes that enhance the lives of the people who access supports, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
