Alicia Wright is a senior human resources and organisational development leader with extensive experience in talent strategy, learning, capability, and workplace culture across the health and community services sector. She is currently General Manager Talent, Learning & Culture at VMCH, where she leads initiatives to strengthen employee experience, inclusion, and organisational performance.
Alicia has held progressive leadership roles within VMCH and Mercy Health, with deep expertise in diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and organisational culture transformation. She is known for designing and implementing strategies that enable high-performing, inclusive workplaces where employees can thrive and reach their potential.
Her contributions to the HR profession have been recognised through the 2018 AHRI Dave Ulrich HR Practitioner of the Year Award, and she has presented at national conferences. Alicia holds a Master of Business from Monash University and continues to focus on advancing people-centred leadership and capability development.
