Dr Lisa Fahey is a registered psychologist and clinical leader with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families with complex psychological needs, trauma, and challenging behaviours. She is Clinical Director of Quovus Pty Ltd and a founder of Give Me Five and Obviate, where she integrates clinical expertise with technology to improve early identification and intervention in mental health and wellbeing.
Lisa’s work spans government and non-government sectors, including child safety, health, and juvenile justice, with a strong focus on trauma-informed, multidisciplinary care and individualised support models. She is highly experienced in supervision and clinician development, having mentored more than 50 psychology interns through to registration.
She holds a PhD focused on carer psychological profiles and sustainable care systems, which informs her work in designing resilient, evidence-based support models. Lisa is also recognised for her contribution to the profession, including receiving the Order of Australia for services to psychology and medicine.
