Gracie is an accomplished People and Culture leader with over 20 years’ management experience. She brings deep expertise in building positive, engaged and adaptive organisational cultures that support sustainable performance.
Across her career, Gracie has led the full spectrum of People and Culture functions, including Human Resources, Workplace Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Learning and Organisational Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Risk and Audit Management, Injury Management, and more recently Quality Assurance and Practice. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, structural reform and leading systemic change to improve organisational efficiency, streamline practices, and integrate people, systems and processes.
Recognised for her outcomes-driven approach, energy and commitment to continuous improvement, Gracie is dedicated to fostering cultures of collaboration, learning and excellence that strengthen Mind’s capacity to deliver meaningful outcomes for the people and communities it serves.
