Karim Amin is a senior executive and technology-driven leader in the disability and healthcare sectors, with extensive experience in strategy, commercial management, and digital transformation. He is currently Group Chief Strategy Officer at Seek Lifestyle Group and Founder & CEO of CARED, where he focuses on leveraging technology to improve access to healthcare and disability support services.
Karim has played a key role in reimagining Supported Independent Living (SIL) through innovative models such as smart homes and Vertical Villages with United for Care, embedding technology-enabled solutions to enhance independence and community inclusion.
With a strong background in commercial leadership across organisations including Avant Mutual, ANZ, AMP, and StatePlus, he brings deep expertise in procurement, vendor management, and large-scale transformation. Karim is recognised for combining strategic vision with practical execution to deliver scalable, tech-enabled solutions that improve service delivery and outcomes in complex regulated environments.
