Kerry Dominish is Chief Executive Officer of EarlyEd and an experienced leader in early childhood intervention, disability, and allied health services. She is a qualified Speech Pathologist (BAppSci SP) with extensive experience across clinical, education, and management roles in NSW, interstate, and internationally.
Kerry’s career has been shaped by a strong focus on collaborative, family-centred practice, with an emphasis on building coordinated intervention teams around each child. She is committed to ensuring families, educators, and clinicians work together to support children’s communication and developmental outcomes from the earliest possible stage.
As CEO, Kerry leads EarlyEd with a focus on evidence-based practice, early intervention, and equitable access to high-quality services tailored to family needs. She is also actively involved in sector advocacy, serving on the Board of Professional and Researchers in Early Childhood (PRECI) and as NSW Representative for the Toy Libraries Association of Australia.
