Melinda Kubisa is the CEO of Community Living Options (CLO), a for-purpose provider of services to people with disabilities and their families. With over 28 years of experience in the disability sector, Mel started her journey as a Support Worker, moving into management roles and has now been CEO for seven years. Mel has completed a Bachelor of Arts, Honors degree in Psychology and Master of Business Administration. Deeply committed to Human Rights and Quality of Life, Mel is a strong advocate for positive behaviour support, evidence-based practice and the reduction of restrictive practices.
