With a passion for quality and safeguarding and extensive experience in service delivery, Tim is perfectly positioned to lead Enhanced Lifestyles into the future.With expertise in areas such as NDIS legislation, customer fulfilment, strategy development, contract management, and service quality regulation, Tim brings a valuable skillset to the Leadership Team.

From 2018-2023, Tim was the State Director for the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. In this role, Tim oversaw efforts to improve the standard of NDIS supports across South Australia in collaboration with participants and providers alike. This experience grew his appreciation for being customer-led and now, at Enhanced Lifestyles, Tim is proud to be leading an association with values that align closely with his own.

Prior to joining the NDIS Commission, Tim led an impressive career in the Commonwealth and SA public service. He honed his leadership skills while managing large remote teams in Housing SA, Families SA, and the Australian Sports Commission. In fact, Tim started his professional career in sports administration with roles at the Norwood Football Club and later, at the South Australia National Football League. Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise and Sports Science), a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Science (Health Counselling), and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialisation in Accounting and Finance.
