David Moody

As a Director of Management Governance Australia and Workforce Plus Inc, David brings more than 30 years of experience working across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
MGA and its NFP arm, Workforce Plus, work across Australia to provide innovative solutions for industry, communities, and government. Both companies support a diverse range of clients to develop and grow their organisational or community cultures, structures, and processes.
As a former CEO and Victorian State Manager of National Disability Services, and before this as the leader of the central agency team which coordinated the Victorian Government’s contribution to developing the NDIS, David has a detailed understanding of the Scheme and the challenges and issues faced by young people with disability, their families and supporters.
Having started his working life as a lawyer, David has also worked as an executive in the Victorian Public Service, leading teams responsible for national health and safety reform, strategic WHS policy, WHS legislation and regulations and regulatory framework development, departmental budget strategy and corporate planning.

Josie Kitch

Josie commenced her professional career as a Speech Pathologist working in Health and then began her interest in leadership over 25 years ago. She obtained her MBA and has undertaken other leadership training via the GLF(Governors Leadership Foundation 12 month leadership course) in South Australia and more recently completed the Company Directors Course.
Josie has led significant pieces of work within organisations facing reform initially in Health in NSW, Vic and South Australia and then in Ageing and now the Disability space. She has had significant experience in developing high performing teams that can adapt to the changing VUCA environment to embrace the reforms and pivot their services to this changing environment. Josie is passionate about ensuring quality services are provided to Australians facing challenge and ensuring client services and staff thrive in these changing environments to create sustainable sector reform.

Angela Johnston

Angela began her career with the Fair Work Ombudsman, advising on awards and employer obligations, which sparked her interest in Employment Law, workplace rights and Human Resources. She has over a decade of experience in human services in WA and NSW, holding various senior HR roles. Coming from a diverse background, Angela is passionate about social justice, diversity and inclusion.
